BILLING
• TLCC will provide a written proposal which must be approved by the client before any work will begin or be billed.
• Retainer clients are billed 30 days in advance on a monthly basis for services as stipulated in retainer contract.
• Project clients are billed upon the completion and approval of each stage of the project.
• Hourly clients are billed on a monthly basis for the services provided during that month.
• Payments for trainings are due day of service in full.
